AcuYoga with Susan Underwood & Hope Wills

January 21, 3-5pm

AcuYoga effectively combines the healing arts of acupuncture and yoga to create the ultimate state of blissful relaxation. Co-taught by Hope Wills and Susan Underwood, we’ll start with a one-hour slow flow class followed by a delicious savasana enhanced with an acupuncture treatment designed to tonify whole body qi, lift energy and enhance the body’s ability to relax and heal.Needles will be placed in each participant during savasana and retained for 20 minutes following aseptic and safe needle technique.
Susan Underwood is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Yoga Instructor.Please pre-register to save your spot as this class is limited to 12 participants and tends to fill up.

In this workshop, take time to identify your values, understand how they can set the foundation for your actions and mission, and set conscious goals to build the life you want.In this session, you will:

Choosing Success, February 18, 3-4:30pm

Have you ever considered that the definition of success can either be inherited or chosen? Avoid the mid-life or mid-career questioning of purpose by personally defining success and what it means in different areas of your life. During this workshop, get clearer on success by deciding what’s important to you. You’ll develop goals and an action plan to continue your journey to a full life.

In this session, you will:

– define your idea of success,
– get clear on ideas of success in your life,
– prioritize to make it a reality

Maximize Your Potential – March 11, 3-4:30pm

Stress in one part of life can impact all other areas, simply by the fact that stress and anxiety require energy. As energy flows to these kind of depleting activities, your energy potential decreases, impacting life, relationships, work, as well as impacting the physical body, including digestion and assimilation. During this workshop, assess different areas of life to prioritize actions to gain access to your full energy potential.

In this session, you will:

– assess different areas of life with the wheel of life,
– identify low energy / depleting areas,
– set goals around priority areas
