  • Understand and use age-appropriate and safe forms of yoga, including games and related activities, to engage kids physically, emotionally, and mentally
  • Modify lessons for various audiences and age groups
  • Learn, practice and weave multiple languages and intelligences into your yoga for kids class
  • Use yoga for kids as a means to teach tools and technqiues to empower audiences to respond mindfully rather than react irrationally

Yin Yoga Immersion + Teacher Training

with Rhia Robinson

This two-weekend immersion is designed for dedicated students and
teachers wanting to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga. Through
practice, lecture, readings, discussion and teaching, students will
learn the theory of Yin Yoga, its primary postures, the practical
benefits of the practice, as well as an anatomical appreciation of the
body from the Yin perspective with a focus on the fascia.

Those that complete both weekends will be provided with a certificate
and be eligible for 20 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

•Yin Yoga and Sitting Postures

•The Language of Yin Yoga

•Understanding the Practical Benefits of Yin Yoga

•History + Philosophy of the Practice

•Physical + Energetic Anatomy

•Practice in Teaching Yin Yoga classes

We will also:
•Cultivate confidence in our experiences of the subtle realms though
asana and stillness.
